The dispute may be resolved either in one session or with more sittings. Thereafter if the Parties agree for a resolution, a Settlement Agreement is executed in accordance with law incorporating the terms which will be authenticated as a Conciliation Settlement which is legally binding between the Parties and executable before a Court of Law.
